Terms and Conditions

• A $500.00 deposit is required to confirm your bookings.
• Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No refunds or discounts for shortened stays.
• Deposits are non-refundable if the trip has to be cancelled by either party but may be applied to alternate dates or other parties you may designate.
• Guests must adhere to load limitations of aircraft. Weight for Beaver aircraft is 950lbs, minimum of 3 people. Weight for Otter aircraft is 1875 lbs.
• Any extra flights due to over weight will be at the guests' expense.
• Extra accommodations and meals due to weather in Labrador City or Schefferville are not included in the package price.
• One half (50%) of your HST rebate is included in your package price.
• Luggage allowance - 45 lb for fishing, and 65 lb for hunting.
